Detox & immune protector

The DE frustules are highly positively charged while harmful bacteria, viruses’ heavy metals and other toxins are highly negatively charged. As the DE passes through the digestive tract, it binds with all the toxins which are then expelled in the faeces. Bio-available silica also assists the immune system and metabolism.

 

 

De-Wormer

 

DE assists in controlling internal parasites (worms). It has a mechanical action which means

the parasites can’t build up a resistance to it.

For livestock Known to have heavy parasite burdens, DE is recommended as a maintenance

parasite control method and should be used in conjunction with other anthelmintics if

FEC’s (faecal egg counts ) show an infestation.

Eco-Earth assists in the control of fleas, mites, ticks, lice, and other pests on pets, poultry, and

other livestock. Dust the animals liberally and lightly work the material into the hair of the animal,

or provide a box or loose bag of it for animals to roll in or rub against to dust themselves.

Dust the ears of the animal with care. Dust the animal’s bedding and areas where the animal sleeps,

as well as cracks and crevices adjacent to them. This can be done manually or with a power dust blower.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pest Control

Eco-Earth special grade of fresh-water food-grade diatomaceous earth (DE) designed

to assist in the control of all crawling insects and is safe to use around the house, lawns,

in stored grain and feed, in food products, and around food processing areas. It is natural

& non-toxic to pets, birds, people, or beneficial worms in the soil.

Eco-Earth is made from pure DE with no chemical additives. When insects come in contact

with Eco-Earth, it absorbs their protective wax coating and their bodies are damaged by the

sharp edges of the particles.

Eco-Earth also absorbs the insects’ body fluids and they eventually die by dehydration.

There is no built-up immunity as there is with chemical insecticides. Eco-Earth also does

not break down as chemicals do, and the more it is used, the more insects feel unwelcome

in the area.

 

 

 

 

Grain/feed Storage

Eco-Earth can be safely used to assist in the control of insects in stored grain and animal feed

without adding toxic chemicals.   It has no taste or smell, and it does not need to be removed

or require any waiting time before processing and consumption. It can be used with feed grains,

seed, stored grains, and other raw agricultural products including barley, buckwheat, corn, oats,

rice, rye, sorghum, wheat, flax, peas, soybeans, peanuts, popcorn, cocoa beans, and mixtures of

these grains.

 

Eco-Earth is also an effective anti-caking agent for food and feed products with added mould
